Your Account Manager will directly assist you in the process of establishing your account and commencing services. If you have any questions or need any assistance during the account setup process, your Account Manager should be your first point of contact. If you are unable to get ahold of your Account Manager, you may contact the PrecisionX Technology Helpdesk instead.
The PrecisionX Technology Helpdesk is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by a team of experienced technicians who are standing by to provide whatever assistance you and your users may require. See Contacting the Helpdesk Team for more information.
In order to ensure that we have complete and accurate information relating to your account, we request that each organization complete a New Client Intake Form. This form will provide information about your organization, including general information, addresses, and billing information. Your Account Manager will provide you with instructions for the completion of he New Client Intake Form. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager or the Helpdesk Team for assistance.
Ensuring the security of your organization is a top priority for PrecisionX Technology. As such, we enforce strict requirements with respect to certain aspects of your account, including the requirement that each organization delegate a Security Administrator, and optionally, delegate an Alternate Security Administrator. The Security Administrator and Alternate Security Administrator have specific roles which are critical to the security of your account. See Account Access and Privileges for more information. The Security Administrator and, optionally, the Alternate Security Administrator will be delegated during the New Client Intake process.
