The purpose of this article is to guide you through the process of creating your first Microsoft 365 account.
If you already have a Microsoft 365 account, you do not need to (and should not) create a new one. See Authorizing Microsoft 365 Access for instructions on how to provide PrecisionX Technology with administrative access to your account.
You must be authorized on behalf of your organization to execute contracts and make purchases on its behalf in order to create a Microsoft 365 account for your organization.
Refer to the Microsoft Knowledge Base article titled "Sign up for a Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription" and follow the instructions. We recommend choosing "Option 1: Sign in with your Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail or other email account" for now -- The PrecisionX Technology team will assist with the process of setting up your Microsoft 365 Outlook based email and related services, and it can be helpful to use an existing email box during the initial setup process.
Once you have completed the account creation process, the next step is to delegate PrecisionX Technology administrative access to your account, allowing us to assist with the setup and administration of your Microsoft 365 environment. See Authorizing Microsoft 365 Access for more information.
