The Desktop Agent can be found in your system tray, next to your clock. It may sometimes be necessary to "expand" the clock and locate the Desktop Agent.
Helpdesk Phone Number
Click this option to access the PrecisionX Technology Helpdesk's phone number.
Email Helpdesk
Click this option to open a new email directed to the PrecisionX Technology helpdesk team.
Online Portal
Selecting this option will open your computer's default web browse and direct you to the PrecisionX Technology Online Portal.
