If your organization makes use of Office 365, it is quick and easy to access all of the tools you need.
The vast majority of your Microsoft 365 tools can be accessed by visitng https://www.office.com/ and signing in by clicking the "Sign In" button in the top right corner, as shown in the screenshot below.

If you prefer to make use of the desktop based Office applications, and you have a license that allows you to do so, you may download and install the desktop version of Office by clicking here or visiting the following URL: https://aka.ms/office-install
If you are not already logged in, you will be promoted to authenticate using your organization's Microsoft 365 account.
Once you have logged in, click the Install Office button, as shown in the screenshot below. After you have downloaded the installer, run it, and follow the onscreen instructions. You will be prompted to sign in with your organization's Microsoft 365 account, which associates your license with the application.
