In order to protect the intellectual property and sensitive internal information of PrecisionX Technology and our clients, we require that each client execute a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) on behalf of their organization. This information is required prior to PrecisionX Technology providing any formal quote or proposal for service, and it is strongly recommended before the client shares any internal information with PrecisionX Technology.
Certain customers may make use of other vendors, service providers, or other organizations ("third-party organizations") to operate their IT infrastructure. PrecisionX Technology is happy to work collaboratively with these third-party organizations. To ensure the privacy and security of both PrecisionX Technology and your sensitive internal information, PrecisionX Technology will typically require the establishment of a three-way MNDA between PrecisionX Technology, the client, and the third-party organization prior to our engaging directly with representatives of any such organization. Such third-party organizations will be subject to the standard PrecisionX Technology polices d and procedures relating to export control and compliance. Refer to the Export Control Policies section for more information.
As a matter of practice, PrecisionX Technology considers all information received from or otherwise associated with its clients to be confidential, and employs secure business practices to protect its confidentiality. This includes:
Requiring that all PrecisionX Technology employees and contractors be bound by a non-disclosure agreement
The use of role based access controls and separation of duties to limit access to sensitive client information
The use of vendors who operate systems which are, at a minimum, SOC II compliant. Generally, vendors use in conjunction with client services are also ISO 27001 and HIPAA compliant.
